Registration Details
- The early bird deadline is Friday, May 4.
- The pre-registration deadline is Wednesday, June 13. All pre-conference sessions and tours require pre-registration in order to attend.
- All registrations must include an approved method of payment including credit card, check or signed purchase order.
- The online system generates an email invoice for your use if payment is by check or purchase order.
- All payments must be received within three weeks of the registration date to complete the registration process.
- The registration confirmation will generate a due date for your reference.
- Registrations without payment after three weeks are subject to cancellation.
- Confirmation of registration will be sent via email.
- Attendees are able to access their password protected registration profiles to make changes up until June 13, 2012.
Registering with Perkins
Perkins Basic Grant (Perkins Title I) funds can be used for professional development related to CTE, Programs of Study, and Career Pathways partnerships.
IMPORTANT: If you are registering with Perkins funds (no money released until July 1), please wait until June 15th to pre-register. To avoid automatic cancellation, payment must be received within three weeks after date of registration.
Perkins registrants who register on June 15th and submit a purchase order or check by July 6th will secure a place at the conference and in any pre-conference or special sessions requiring pre-registration.
Registrations submitted prior to June 15th will be automatically canceled after three weeks of nonpayment. Please see onsite registration policies.
Certiport
Certiport trainings are conducted by an independent contractor and are not official conference activities. Click here for details on how to register.

On-Site Registration
On-site registration will be available for all conference activities excluding pre-conference sessions, special conference sessions, luncheons and tours. To register on site, you may use a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) or bring a personal or employer check, money order or purchase order. Please note that the availability of materials for late or on-site registrants cannot be guaranteed.
Conference registrations with an outstanding balance may be paid on site by credit card, personal or employer check, money order or purchase order.
On-site Check-In
Your official badge, issued at the conference, will be required for admission to social functions, sessions and the exhibit hall. Registration and conference materials will be available during registration hours.
