A block of rooms at the special conference rate of $105 is available at the Sheraton Dallas. Be sure to ask for the special Texas Career Education Conference room rate when you call. Available to all conference attendees, rooms at this rate are subject to availability and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that effective October 1, 2010 the federal per diem rate for Dallas is $107. The conference rate we have secured falls under this rate at $105. For more information, please visit the U.S. General Services Administration website.
Hotel Discount Deadliine
The cut-off date for accepting reservations into the TCEC room block is June 15, 2011. Reservation requests received after that date will be accepted at the group rate based on availability. Paid registration for Texas Career Education Conference 2011 does not guarantee a hotel reservation at the headquarters hotel or at the special conference rate.
Parking
Self-parking is a discounted $10.00 per day rate (regular rate is $17.00) with in and out privileges.
Valet parking is $26.00 per day with in and out privileges.
