Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received in writing via email to registration@ctat.org by June 27 will be refunded.
- After June 27, total registered amount is retained or payable to CTAT. Substitutions welcome.
- Cancellation and refund requests received after the posted cancellation deadline will be considered on a case by case basis. In cases of emergency and/or death, a refund not to exceed 50% may be issued.
- Payment for registration is due within three weeks from date of registration by credit card, check or purchase order. Unpaid registrations will be automatically canceled.
- The payment due date is listed on the registration confirmation. If payment is not received by the due date, registration will be canceled.
- Registration may be reinstated after cancellation with an accepted form of payment at the prevailing conference rate. Registration reinstated prior to May 4 will be at the early bird discount rate. Registration reinstated after May 4 will be at the prevailing rate.
